Late Returns

Items must be returned by the agreed return date and time specified in the Rental Details above. If any rental item is returned after the designated return time, Renter will be charged one (1) additional full day’s rental fee per day the item remains unreturned. One More Everything reserves the right to invoice or charge the payment method on file for any late fees incurred.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Renter

To receive a full refund, Renter must cancel the reservation no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the rental start time will be charged the full rental fee. No refund will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation by One More Everything

In the event that One More Everything must cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason, Renter will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. One More Everything shall have no further liability to Renter beyond this refund.

Equipment Availability & Substitution

One More Everything makes every reasonable effort to ensure the specific mahjong tiles and accessories selected by Renter are available for the confirmed rental period. In the unlikely event that a selected item becomes unavailable, One More Everything will contact Renter as soon as possible and offer a suitable substitute of equal or comparable value. If Renter finds the offered substitute to be unsuitable, Renter may decline the substitute and will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the affected item(s). Acceptance of a substitute constitutes agreement to proceed under the terms of this Agreement.

Care & Responsibility

Renter agrees to handle all rented tiles, racks, dice, trays, mats, cards, and accessories with reasonable care. Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Renter will be charged the full replacement cost of any item that is lost, stolen, or returned in a damaged condition beyond normal wear and use. If tiles are missing upon return and the individual tiles cannot be replaced, Renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the set. If the set is no longer available for purchase, Renter will be charged for a similar set from the same company. If a similar set is not available, Renter will be charged the original price of the set at time of purchase by One More Everything.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, properly packed in the provided case or packaging. One More Everything will document item condition at the time of pickup and return.

Invoicing

You will receive an invoice that shows a deposit amount that reflects the actual payment due for the rental period. The remaining amount of the invoice shows the replacement cost of the rented items. If the items are returned in good condition, the invoice will be adjusted to remove the replacement cost and show only the total amount of the rental. If there are issues with the items upon return, the client's card will be charged in accordance with the Care & Responsibility section. The Renter will be notified before any charges are made to their card on file.

PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE

A valid credit or debit card must be on file with One More Everything prior to pickup of any rental items and through the duration of the rental, until it has been verified that all items have been returned. Upon verification, the renter may request that the credit card information be removed from the account. No cash deposit is required.

By providing a payment method, Renter authorizes One More Everything to charge the card on file for any of the following amounts that become due under this Agreement:

The full rental fee, if not collected at time of booking

Any late return fees incurred under the Late Returns section above.

The replacement cost of any rental item that is lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond normal wear, in line with the Care & Responsibility section above.

Any other outstanding balance arising from this rental.

One More Everything will notify Renter of any such charge before or at the time it is processed, except in cases of no-show or unreturned items where reasonable attempts to contact Renter have been unsuccessful. Renter's card will not be charged beyond the amounts expressly permitted above.
